HI there, I’m Norma.
I am a full-time Notary Public, commissioned since 2014. I live in North Orange County and am originally from the Whittier and Huntington Beach areas.
My background working as a legal assistant in an Estate Planning law firm has provided me with the confidence and knowledge of Trusts, Wills, and Estate Plans. I also have extensive office management, human resources, and construction and contracts administration experience.
I will ensure a professional, courteous, and successful signing experience whether it be for a single document or an entire loan package! My goal is to provide you with a professional and memorable notary experience.
